Trouble Finishing Your Worker Profile

What your worker profile needs before it saves.

What it is

Your worker profile is short on purpose: your name, the kinds of work you do, and how far you're willing to go. Those three are what jobs get matched against, so the wizard asks for them before it saves. A red message above the button always names the missing one.

Where to find it

The setup wizard after you sign in as a worker. Everything is editable later under Profile.

How it works

Pick at least one kind of work — tapping none leaves nothing to match you with. If you tap "Other", type the work you do in the box that appears. If you turn on Pro Services, that step asks for a few extra details before it lets you continue: years of experience, how you price, and a short description of your work.

What to expect

The worker steps ask for:

  • Your name — required.
  • At least one kind of work — required; "Other" needs you to type it in.
  • How you get around and how far you'll travel — pre‑filled, you can change it.
  • Pro Services only: years of experience, a pricing approach, and a short description of at least a few words.
  • Agreeing to the Terms and Privacy Notice — Finish stays grey until this is checked.
