Accessibility Statement
Job On The Block is committed to digital accessibility. We target the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA for the entire mobile-first web app and PWA.
Current status
Last internal audit: 2026-06-16. The brand color tokens used across the app meet WCAG AA contrast for body text on the primary surfaces (terracotta on cream, sage on cream, and inverse). Form inputs, navigation, and primary actions have ≥44×44px tap targets and visible focus indicators. We use shadcn/Radix primitives so dialogs, menus, and tabs ship with correct ARIA out of the box.
Known limitations
Voice intros require microphone access. We are working toward published transcripts of every recording so users who cannot listen still get the full content. Map views (Find page) require visual perception — list view is the accessible fallback and is always available.
