Project bids & Bid Packs
3 free bids every month — add more when you're quoting a lot.
What it is
When a neighbor posts a project (🧰), applying is called a bid: you send your price, your timeline, and any questions about the scope. You get 3 project bids free every calendar month. Applying to hourly or ongoing jobs does not use a bid.
Where to find it
Open any project from Find and tap Apply. If you're out of bids, the apply sheet tells you and offers a Bid Pack right there. You can also buy one any time from Profile → Billing.
How it works
Your 3 free bids reset on the 1st of every month. Once they're used, we spend a Bid Pack credit instead — automatically, no extra taps. A Bid Pack adds 5 bids for $5, credits never expire, and they stack. Worker Pro gets unlimited bids, so Pro members never see this limit.
