What it is
Tap Apply on any job to send the employer your card — your profile, languages, distance, and voice intro. Your phone and email always stay private; if the employer wants to talk, they unlock an in-app chat with you.
Where to find it
Open a job pin and tap Apply. Track your applications and offers from Inbox and Messages.
How it works
Once you apply, you'll get a notification at each step — when the employer unlocks you, when they send an offer, and when the hire is confirmed.

What to expect
How your application moves along:
- Applied — the employer sees your card and decides whether to reach out.
- Unlocked — the employer is interested and opens a chat with you.
- Offered — the employer formally offers you the shift; accept or decline.
- Hired — you've accepted. The job shows up in your active list.
- Changed your mind? You can withdraw any time before being hired.
