What you're charged for, and where to find your receipts.
What it is
Posting a project is free. You only pay when you open an in-app chat with a pro. Your first 2 pro chats are free and yours to keep — they don't reset or expire — and after that each one is a flat $3.
Where to find it
Your receipts arrive by email from our payment processor right after each charge. You can also see every charge from Billing in your account menu.
What to expect
Each receipt shows:
- The project the charge was for.
- The amount charged — $3 for one pro chat, $5 for ⚡ Urgent, $3 for ⭐ Featured.
- The card or wallet that paid.
- A link to the full PDF receipt.
