What you're charged for, and where to find your receipts.
What it is
Posting a project is free. You only pay when you unlock a pro's contact details so you can hire them off-platform. The first 2 unlocks each calendar month are free; after that each unlock is a flat $5.
Where to find it
Your receipts arrive by email from our payment processor right after each charge. You can also see every charge from Billing in your account menu.
What to expect
Each unlock receipt shows:
- The project the unlock was for.
- The amount charged ($5 per single unlock).
- The card or wallet that paid.
- A link to the full PDF receipt.
