Privacy & Safety
How we keep your contact info private.
What it is
Your phone and email stay private by default. Employers only see them after they pay to open a conversation with you. We also catch contact info that workers or employers might paste into public text by accident, so nothing slips out before it should.
Where to find it
Your privacy controls live on your profile — Workers: Profile → Share preferences. Employers: Profile → Business profile.
How it works
Your phone and email stay masked everywhere an employer might browse, until they pay to talk to you. The same protection runs on voice intros and public bios, so personal details don't leak through anything you write.
- Always public
- Bio, ratings, voice intro
- Masked until unlock
- Phone, email
- Always filtered
- Outside-chat invites (WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord)
- Slightly clustered
- Map pins for shared addresses
What to expect
What stays private, and where:
- Your phone number is never visible to the public. Employers only see it once they unlock contact for your application.
- On public spaces — your bio, job posts, applications, ratings, and voice intros — we quietly filter out phone numbers, emails, handles, and outside links.
- Inside an open chat, you're in control: you can share phone or email freely with the employer.
- For the full picture of what we store and why, see the Privacy Policy.
