Trouble Finishing Your Business Profile

What your business profile needs before it saves.

What it is

Your business profile is what workers see before they apply, so it needs a few real details: what your business is called, what kind of business it is, and where it is. Until those are in, the wizard keeps you on the step and shows a red message above the button.

Where to find it

The setup wizard after you sign in as a business. Later you can change everything under Profile.

How it works

The address step is where most people get stuck. Start typing your address and a list drops down — tap your address in that list. If you type the whole thing and never tap a suggestion, the app has no location and the step won't advance. Every place you add also needs a short nickname, like "Main store" or "Warehouse".

What to expect

The business steps ask for:

  • Business name — required, up to 120 characters.
  • Kind of business — pick one; if you pick "Other", type what it is.
  • Address — tapped from the dropdown list, not just typed.
  • A nickname for that location — required for each place you add.
  • Agreeing to the Terms and Privacy Notice — Finish stays grey until this is checked.
