Posting a Job by Voice

Talk for up to 90 seconds and we fill in the form for you.

What it is

Instead of typing, you can describe the job out loud. We turn the recording into a draft and pre-fill the job form with what we heard. Nothing is posted from the recording — you always review and confirm the details yourself.

Where to find it

The first screen after you tap New Job in the Jobs tab. Voice is optional: tap “Skip — I'll type it myself” and the seven-step form works exactly as before.

How it works

Before you record, a short checklist shows what to mention: what the person will do, where (and which of your locations if you have more than one), the days and hours, how many hours a week, and the pay. That checklist stays on screen while you record so nothing gets forgotten. Recordings run up to 90 seconds.

What to expect

After you save the recording:

  • We show “Here's what I heard” with every field marked Set or Please check.
  • Tap through to the form — each step arrives pre-filled with what we heard, and you can change anything.
  • A Check draft button sits next to Back and Next on every step, so you can re-open the review panel at any time.
  • When every required field is set, the review panel's main button becomes Go to final review and jumps you to the last step.
  • If a field still needs attention, the panel takes you back to the exact step that's missing something.
