Find lets you search for workers near you even without posting a job — perfect for last-minute help or browsing the local talent pool. People is your saved roster of workers you've already hired.
Where to find it
Find is on its own tab at the bottom. People lives inside the Jobs tab, right below your job list.
How it works
Find is a faster path to hire when you already know the kind of help you want. People is your shortcut for repeat hires — workers you've already paid to unlock stay on your list, so bringing them back is one tap with no extra charge.
What to expect
What you can do:
- Browse workers by category, distance, languages, skills, rating, and availability.
- Open a worker's profile to see their bio, ratings, and voice intro before reaching out.
- Unlock contact the same way you would from a job application — using a free contact, a single unlock, or Pro.
- Rehire from your People list with one tap — message or send a new offer instantly.
