How it works
Most employers start with the free contacts and add Pro once they're hiring regularly. Boosts (Urgent, Featured) are bought per job whenever you want extra reach — useful for hard-to-fill shifts or busy seasons.

- Urgent — $5 actively pushes a job to nearby matching workers for 72 hours, with a pulsing pin on the map.
