Ratings
How ratings work for workers.
What it is
After every shift, you and the employer rate each other. Good ratings build your reputation and help you get hired faster.
Where to find it
Once a shift is confirmed, a Rate prompt appears in your Inbox. You can also open Ratings any time from Profile.
How it works
Your overall rating and your rehire rate show on your profile and boost your placement in employer search. The more shifts you complete well, the higher you climb.

What to expect
How it works:
- 1 to 5 stars, plus an optional short comment.
- Phone numbers, emails, and outside-chat links are removed from comments before they're posted, so everyone's contact info stays private.
- Tap Report on any rating you think breaks the rules — a real person reviews it.
- Ratings can't be edited once submitted, so take a moment before sending.
